The new site of the week is the Albert Whitted Airport Preservation Society, which is working to save the historic airport in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. There's an issue on the ballot November 4 over the future of the airport.

Today's new feature is the Aviation Site of the Week, located near the bottom of the home page
. The first site to receive this honor is the Aviation Forum, which is a good place to discuss anything related to flying. I'd like to see more activity over there, so go sign up and post something.

I just added a form to the home page to get current and forecast weather info from the Weather Channel. Simply enter a zip code or city name and press the button.

Today I went to a fly-in at Fantasy of Flight in Polk City, FL. I have a ton of photos to sort through and will eventually post an article about today's events.
